Two FOSC members were privileged to be on site this morning when it seems the first glimpse of the Castle was seen…. what do you think? This was trench 6 in the top left/north west corner close to the previous ARCUS trench. Further digging will remove more?! There was also possible evidence of a medieval cobble floor close to the existing remains in the north east area.
